OPM’s Human Resources (HR) Solutions Division comprises four business areas that each provide specific products and services to meet the dynamic HR needs of the federal government. LeapFrog Solutions, Inc. manages the brands of the individual business areas in a way that establishes their individual organizational identities and purpose, while reinforcing their position within the overall HR Solutions brand. Through market research, we identified new audiences who were unaware of the services available through HR Solutions’ business areas. Our team then developed print and digital marketing collateral for use in targeted marketing campaigns that maximize awareness of, and investment in, HR Solutions’ products.
